Dane osobowe kandydatów do pracy są przetwarzane w celu dokonania wyboru najbardziej odpowiednich kandydatów do pracy na konkretne stanowiska, na potrzeby obecnych jak i przyszłych rekrutacji. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie mogą być powierzone podmiotom zewnętrznym biorą-cym udział w procesie rekrutacji(np. portale pośredniczące w poszukiwaniu pracy) jednak zaznaczamy, że podmioty te pozostają pod stałym nadzorem spółki i zapewniają co najmniej ten sam poziom bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych.

2. ZATRUDNIENIE

Dane osobowe pracowników i współpracowników są przetwarzane w celu obsługi procesu zatrudnienia personelu oraz zapewnienia wsparcia w zakresie realizacji umów cywilnoprawnych obsługiwanych w pozostałych procesach przetwarzania danych osobowych, jak również bezpieczeństwa osób i mienia. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w zakresie danych wrażliwych, gdy przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do celów profilaktyki zdrowotnej lub medycyny pracy, do oceny zdolności pracownika do pracy, zapewnienia opieki zdrowotnej lub zabezpieczenia społecznego, gdy przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do wypełnienia obowiązków i wykonywania szczególnych praw przez spółkę lub Państwa, w dziedzinie prawa pracy, zabezpieczenia społecznego i ochrony socjalnej oraz gdy przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń. Po upływie tego okresu czasu Państwa dane zostaną całkowicie usunięte z zasobów spółki. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie mogą być powierzone podmiotom zewnętrznym biorącym udział w procesie zatrudnienia jednak zaznaczamy, że podmioty te pozostają pod stałym nadzorem spółki i zapewniają co najmniej ten sam poziom bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych. Dodatkowo Państwa dane mogą być udostępnione odbiorcom danych (np. podmioty świadczące usługi pakietu socjalnego), o czym będą Państwo przez nich informowani.

3. MARKETING

Dane osobowe potencjalnych klientów (np. właścicieli jednoosobowych działalności gospodarczych, wspólników spółek cywilnych oraz przedstawicieli klientów instytucjonalnych) są przetwarzane w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na zapytania ofertowe oraz w celu prowadzenia aktywnych działań marketingowych wybranymi kanałami komunikacji. Dane osobowe klientów i przedstawicieli klientów (w przypadku kontaktów z klientami instytucjonalnymi) są przetwarzane w celu sprzedaży usług oferowanych przez spółkę zgodnie z zakresem oferty oraz tworzenia ofert spersonalizowanych. 5. OBSŁUGA KLIENTA

Dane osobowe klientów i przedstawicieli klientów (w przypadku obsługi klientów instytucjonalnych) są przetwarzane w celu zapewnienia sprawnej obsługi klienta zgodnie z najlepszymi standardami spółki. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane w celu realizacji zawartej umowy, realizacji przepisów prawa jak również w tzw. prawnie uzasadnionym celu tj. działania statystyczne dotyczące jakości obsługi klienta. Podanie danych osobowych w tym procesie jest dobrowolne (z wyłączeniem sytuacji, gdy przepis prawa tego wymaga), jednak konsekwencją niepodania danych może być obniżenie jakości współpracy lub w skrajnych przypadkach brak możliwości realizacji umowy. 6. SZKOLENIA

Dane osobowe uczestników szkoleń są przetwarzane w celu organizacji i koordynacja szkoleń zarówno stacjonarnych jak i zdalnych (webinaria). Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w zakresie realizacji zobowiązań, realizacji zwartej umowy o świadczenie usług szkoleniowych oraz w tzw. prawnie uzasadnionym celu tj. przedstawiania oferty własnych produktów i usług w kontakcie bezpośrednim oraz w celach statystycznych i dotyczących jakości świadczonych usług szkoleniowych. W procesie reklamacji Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez 6 lat od ostatniej czynności na danych osobowych w związku z rozpatrywaniem reklamacji. 8. CERTYFIKACJA

Dane osobowe klientów i przedstawicieli klientów (w przypadku obsługi klientów instytucjonalnych) są przetwarzane w celu obsługi procesu certyfikacji podmiotów zgodnie z przyznanym zakresem akredytacji i zawartymi umowami. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w zakresie uregulowań wynikających z Ustawy z dnia 13 kwietnia 2016 r. o systemach oceny zgodności i nadzoru rynku. Dane osobowe są również przetwarzane w procesie na podstawie tzw. prawnie uzasadnionego celu tj. analiza danych statystycznych oraz jakościowych. 14. WINDYKACJA NALEŻNOŚCI

Dane osobowe dłużników i przedstawicieli dłużników (w przypadku dłużników instytucjonalnych) są przetwarzane w celu windykacji należności własnych wynikających z procesu przeterminowania płatności przez klientów. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w szczególności Ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny oraz Ustawy z dnia 15 września 2000 r. Kodeks spółek handlowych. Państwa dane osobowe mogą być również przetwarzane na pod-stawie tzw. prawnie uzasadnionego celu administratora danych tj. dochodzenie i obrona roszczeń. Po-danie danych osobowych w tym procesie jest obligatoryjne, a konsekwencją niepodania danych może być zwrócenie się do organów wymiaru sprawiedliwości z wnioskiem o ustalenie danych. W procesie windykacji należności Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez 6 lat od ostatniej czynności na danych. Po upływie tego okresu czasu Państwa dane zostaną całkowicie usunięte z zasobów spółki. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie mogą być powierzone podmiotom zewnętrznym biorącym udział w procesie windykacji (np. firmy windykacyjne lub kancelarie prawne) jednak zaznaczamy, że podmioty te pozostają pod stałym nadzorem spółki i zapewniają co najmniej ten sam poziom bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych. 15. KSIĘGOWOŚĆ

Dane osobowe klientów i przedstawicieli klientów (w przypadku obsługi klientów instytucjonalnych) są przetwarzane w celu realizacji wszelkich rozliczeń z klientami, dostawcami, jak również zapewnienie zgodności działalności spółki z przepisami prawa podatkowego. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w zakresie uregulowań wynikających m.in. z Ustawy z dnia 29 września 1994 r. o rachunkowości oraz Ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług. Dodatkowo podstawą prawną przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest realizacja umowy, która została zawarta jak i tzw. prawnie usprawiedliwiony cel administratora danych tj. analiza danych statystycznych oraz sporządzanie bilansów księgowych. Podanie danych osobowych w tym procesie jest obligatoryjne, a konsekwencją niepodania danych może być brak możliwości prawidłowego rozliczenia usług. W procesie księgowym dane będą przetwarzane przez okres 6 lat od wykonania ostatniej czynności z danymi w związku z rozliczeniem dokumentów księgowych. Dane osobowe audytorów (niezależnie od formy współpracy) są przetwarzane w celu lepszego do-pasowania audytora do potrzeb klienta i wymogów standardu. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie są przetwarzane na podstawie przepisu prawa w zakresie uregulowań wynikających m.in. z Ustawy z dnia 13 kwietnia 2016 r. o systemach oceny zgodności i nadzoru rynku. Dodatkowo podstawą prawną przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest realizacja umowy, która została zawarta jak i tzw. prawnie usprawiedliwiony cel administratora danych tj. analiza danych statystycznych oraz kontrola jakości. Podanie danych osobowych w tym procesie jest obligatoryjne, a konsekwencją niepodania danych może być brak możliwości dalszej współpracy. W procesie kwalifikacji audytorów dane będą przetwarzane przez okres 6 lat od wykonania ostatniej czynności z danymi w związku z prowadzoną kwalifikacją. Po upływie tego okresu czasu Państwa dane zostaną całkowicie usunięte z zasobów spółki. Państwa dane osobowe w tym procesie mogą być powierzone podmiotom zewnętrznym biorącym udział w procesie kwalifikacji audytorów (np. zewnętrzni eksperci techniczni) jednak zaznaczamy, że podmioty te pozostają pod stałym nadzorem spółki i zapewniają co najmniej ten sam poziom bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych. Państwa uprawnienia

Chcielibyśmy podkreślić, że gwarantujemy każdej osobie, której dane przetwarzamy możliwość skorzy-stania z następujących uprawnień:

  1. prawo dostępu do treści danych – mogą Państwo zwrócić się o opisanie procesu przetwarzania konkretnie Państwa danych osobowych oraz o udostępnienie wszelkich danych osobowych gromadzonych na Państwa temat. Zaznaczamy jednak, że nadmierne korzystanie z tego uprawnienia utrudni pracę w spółce, wiec prosimy o rozwagę w korzystaniu z tego uprawnienia

  3. prawo do usunięcia danych – jeżeli okaże się, że nie chcą już Państwo aby spółka nadal przetwarzał Państwa dane osobowe zawsze mogą się Państwo zwrócić o ich usunięcie. Zaznaczamy jednak, że prawo to nie w każdym przypadku będzie mogło być zrealizowane, gdyż część danych spółka musi zachować ze względu na wiążące przepisy prawa
  4. prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania – jeżeli stwierdzą Państwo, że dane które są przetwarza-ne przez spółkę z jakichś względów nie powinny być usunięte po ww. okresach czasu (retencja danych), mogą się Państwo zwrócić o ich dalsze przechowywanie
  5. prawo do przenoszenia danych - jeżeli okaże się że Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w systemach informatycznych to mogą się Państwo zwrócić o ich przeniesienie do innego usługodawcy lub bezpośrednio do Państwa. In practice, it should be remembered that as a data controler, the company is the entity responsible for your personal data. In general, all personal data in the company are divided into the processes in which they areprocessed due to the main purpose that guided this processing and the category of data subjects. These will be:

1. RECRUITMENT

Personal data of job candidates are processed in order to select the most suitable job candidates for specific positions, for current and future recruitment purposes. Your personal data in this process are processed based on your consent (regarding sensitive data that may be included in the application documents) or for the purpose of concluding a contract of employment or other civil law contract, as well as on the basis of labor law. Providing personal data in this process on the basis of your consent is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it difficult for us to carry out the recruitment process efficiently. To the extent resulting from the provisions of the labor law regarding recruitment, the provision of personal data is obligatory. In the recruitment process, if you are not selected and you consent to the processing of personal data for future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored for 2 years from your last response to the recruitment proposal, 4 years for managerial and auditing positions . After this period of time, your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. 2. EMPLOYMENT

The personal data of employees and co-workers are processed in order to service the process of em-ploying staff and provide support in the implementation of civil-law contracts serviced in other pro-cesses of personal data processing, as well as the security of persons and property. Your personal data in this process is processed on the basis of a legal provision on sensitive data when processing is neces-sary for health and occupational health purposes, to assess the employee's ability to work, provide health care or social security when processing is necessary to fulfill the obligations and the exercise of special rights by the company or the State, in the field of labor law, social security and social protection, and when processing is necessary to establish, assert or defend claims. In addition, your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of implementing a contract of employment or another civil law contract. Ultimately, your personal data is processed on the basis of the so-called legally justified pur-pose of the company in the area of personal and property protection (monitoring), statistics, reporting and quality control. Providing personal data in this process is obligatory, and the consequence of not providing data may be the lack of possibility to establish cooperation. In the employment process under a contract of employment, your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the last act on personal data in connection with employment (except for those employed before 1 January 2019 - then this pe-riod is 50 years). In the employment process based on civil law contracts, your personal data will be processed for 6 years from the last act on the data. After this period of time your data will be com-pletely removed from the company's resources. Your personal data in this process may be provided to external entities involved in the employment process, however, we note that these entities remain un-der the constant supervision of the company and ensure at least the same level of security of personal data. Additionally, your data may be made available to recipients of data (eg entities providing social package services), about which you will be informed by them.

3. MARKETING

Personal data of potential clients (eg owners of sole proprietorships, partners of civil partnerships and representatives of institutional clients) are processed in order to respond to requests for proposals and to conduct active marketing activities with selected communication channels. Your personal data in this process are processed based on your consent (marketing by selected communication channels) or in order to accept the contract in the case of inquiries addressed to the company, as well as in order to implement it as part of subscribing to the Newsletter. In addition, your data is processed on the basis of the so-called the legitimate purpose of the personal data administrator when we recommend the com-pany's services in personal contacts or create statistics and marketing reports. 4. SALES

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of contacts with institutional clients) are processed in order to sell services offered by the company in accordance with the scope of the offer and the creation of personalized offers. Your personal data in this process are processed in order to conclude a contract or create a personalized offer as well as on the basis of a law, e.g. in accordance with the Act of September 15, 2000 the Code of Commercial Companies. 5. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional clients) are processed in order to ensure efficient customer service in accordance with the company's best standards. Your personal data in this process are processed in order to implement the concluded agreement, the im-plementation of the law as well as in the so-called legally justified purpose, ie statistical actions regard-ing the quality of customer service. Providing personal data in this process is voluntary (except when the law requires it), but the failure to provide data may result in a decrease in the quality of coopera-tion or in extreme cases, inability to perform the contract. In the process of customer service your per-sonal data will be stored for 6 years from the last act on personal data in connection with the imple-mentation of the contract. 6. TRAINING

Personal data of training participants are processed for the purpose of organization and coordina-tion of both stationary and remote training (webinars). Your personal data in this process are pro-cessed on the basis of a legal provision for the implementation of obligations, the implementation of a compact contract for the provision of training services and in the so-called the legitimate purpose, i.e. to present the offer of own products and services in direct contact, as well as for statistical and quality purposes of the provided training services. 7. APPEALS AND COMPLAINTS

Personal data of persons submitting appeals and complaints are processed in order to review them and ensure high quality of services provided by the company. Your personal data is processed in order to perform the contract and on the basis of the law in the scope of warranty for defects, as well as on the basis of the so-called legally justified purpose of the data administrator, ie successive improvement of the quality of services provided. 8. CERTIFICATION

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional customer service) are processed to support the certification process of entities in accordance with the scope of accreditation granted and contracts concluded. Your personal data in this process are processed on the basis of a legal provision in the scope of regulations resulting from the Act of 13 April 2016 on conformity as-sessment and market surveillance systems. 9. LABORATORY SERVICES

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional clients) is processed to provide research and verification services for materials used for construction and road construction, and for the analysis of minerals for the needs of mining and mining industry clients. Your personal data in this process are processed on the basis of a legal provision in the scope of regulations resulting from the Act of 13 April 2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems. In the process of providing laboratory ser-vices, data will be processed for a period of 6 years from the completion of the last activity with data in connection with the service. After this period of time your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. Your personal data in this process may be entrusted to external entities involved in the process of providing industrial services (eg technical experts conducting business activity), how-ever, note that these entities remain under the constant supervision of the company and ensure at least the same level of security personal data. 11. SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional clients) are processed in order to provide services to support clients in the process of implementing aspects of quality, occu-pational health and safety, environmental protection and social responsibility in all phases of construc-tion and industrial projects. Your personal data in this process are processed on the basis of a legal pro-vision in the scope of the regulations resulting from the Act of 13 April 2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems. In addition, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the implementation of the contract, which was concluded as well as the so-called legally justified pur-pose of the data controller, i.e. analysis of statistical and non-core data for the services provided. Providing personal data in this process is obligatory and the failure to provide data may result in the lack of possibility to provide the service. In the process of providing laboratory services, data will be processed for a period of 6 years from the performance of the last activity with data in connection with the provision of the service. After this period of time your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. Your personal data in this process may be entrusted to external entities partici-pating in the process of providing construction services (eg technical experts conducting business activi-ties), however, we note that these entities remain under the constant supervision of the company and ensure at least the same level of personal data security . In addition, your data may be made available to data recipients (supervisory units), which you will be informed about by them.

12. INSPECTIONS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES

Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional clients) are processed to provide inspection services as part of pre-shipment inspections of goods, quality inspections of con-sumer goods, verification of compliance of exported goods, supplier audits and inspection and labora-tory services. Your personal data in this process is processed on the basis of a legal provision in the scope of regulations resulting from legal act from 13 April 2016 on systems for conformity assessment and market surveillance or Regulation of the Council (EC) No. 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labeling of ecological products and repealing the Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91. In the process of providing services for the marine industry, data will be processed for a period of 6 years from the performance of the last activity with data in connection with the service. After this period of time your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. 14. DEBT COLLECTION

Personal data of debtors and debtors' representatives (in the case of institutional debtors) are pro-cessed in order to collect own debts resulting from the process of remaking payments by clients. Your personal data in this process are processed on the basis of a legal provision, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 the Civil Code and the Act of 15 September 2000 the Code of Commercial Companies. Your personal data may also be processed on the basis of the so-called the legitimate purpose of the data controller, i.e. investigation and defense of claims. Providing personal data in this process is obligatory, and the consequence of not submitting data may be to apply to the judicial authorities with a request to establish data. In the process of debt collection your personal data will be processed for 6 years from the last act on the data. Personal data of clients and customer representatives (in the case of institutional clients) are processed in order to implement all settlements with customers and suppliers, as well as ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the provisions of tax law. Your personal data in this process are processed on the basis of a legal provision in the scope of regulations resulting from from the Act of 29 Septem-ber 1994 on accounting and the Act of 11 March 2004 on the tax on goods and services. In addition, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the implementation of the contract, which was concluded as well as the so-called legally justified purpose of the data controller, ie analysis of sta-tistical data and preparation of accounting balances. Providing personal data in this process is obligato-ry, and the consequence of not providing data may be the inability to correctly settle services. In the accounting process, data will be processed for a period of 6 years after the last activity with data in connection with the settlement of accounting documents. After this period of time your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. In the qualification process of auditors, data will be processed for a period of 6 years from the completion of the last activity with data in relation to the conducted qualification. After this period of time your data will be completely removed from the company's resources. Your personal data in this process may be entrusted to an ex-ternal entity participating in the qualification process of auditors (eg external technical experts), how-ever note that these entities remain under the constant supervision of the company and provide at least the same level of personal data security. In addition, your data may be made available to data recipients (eg entities responsible for the standard), which you will be informed about in case of con-tact by them.

Your powers

  6. the right to object - you can always object to the processing of specific personal data for a spe-cific purpose. In any such case, the dispute will be considered and your comments will be taken into account in the processing of your data for the future
  7. the right to withdraw consent - at any time you can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, however any actions that have been made on your data before this with-drawal will remain valid
  8. the right to lodge a complaint - if you believe that the company violates your right to privacy, you can always approach the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with a com-plaint, but we encourage you to jointly resolve your doubts before you make such a decision.
