Bureau Veritas Polska will supervise the production and delivery of compressors for Gaz-System for the purposes of Baltic Pipe

Bureau Veritas Polska will provide consulting and supervision over the delivery of compressor units to be installed in compressor stations for the Baltic Pipe project carried out by GAZ-SYSTEM. The contract was signed in June 2020 for 3 years.

The contract signed in June 2020 includes consulting and supervision over the delivery of compressor units regarding their production and final tests after installation within the gas compressor station. The devices, with capacity of 5 to 10 MW, purchased by the Polish operator of transmission gas pipelines from Solar Turbines will be delivered to the Goleniów Gas Compressor Station (3 pcs.), the Gustorzyn Gas Compressor Station (3 pcs.) and the Odolanów Gas Compressor Station (4 pcs.). The delivery, supervised by Bureau Veritas Polska, will be done within 18 to 20 months from the date of the contract. This is already the fourth contract between Bureau Veritas Polska and GAZ-SYSTEM. The previous ones, made in 2011, 2015 and 2018, were also signed for strategic gas projects.
