Important: Full 32 hours of instruction must be completed – IACET requires all participants to attend the entire course duration no early departures or late arrivals permitted - no exceptions will be allowed.

Certificate Scope:

The Certificate of Completion confirms entry-level foundational knowledge and constitutes a formal qualification that serves as the essential first step in the nuclear quality assurance learning pathway. Formal NQA-1 qualifications are earned through subsequent Lead Auditor Training and organizational compliance certification programs.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Daily login to Learning Hub
  • Completion of Course Survey (optional)
  • Pass Final Exam with 80%+ score
  • Full attendance (electronic and physical signature)

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

PHASE 1 – REGISTRATION (Deadline: COB 22/06/2026)

 Please submit your written declaration of interest by COB 22/06/2026

PHASE 2 – CONTRACT (23/06/2026)

Upon receipt Bureau Veritas will:

  • Issue a formal Learning and Development In-Company Course Agreement with final early booking special price
  • Send documents to your designated email address
  • Contract signature for registration is required by COB 22/06/2026
  • Advanced payment of 80% of the full value is required by 18/06/2026 only the payment guarantees your seat reservation being secured
  • Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the minimum number of participants is not reached by 23/06/2026)

Attendance fee per participant is assumed to be no more than 12 000 PLN per session and will be confirmed in the final contract. Organizations which shall delegate more than one attendee will be granted a discounted fee.
